I’ve finished to write the events for Kolchak. Remain mostly AI stuff, debug with Agelint, and preliminary est with the last RUS beta version.
Kolchak comes to power when the Siberian Internal Level reaches 7.
He’s greeted with some bonuses: 12 free EPs points, a +1 rise of the Allied Intervention Level. Moreover, the IDL will produce penalties when the IDL will reach level 10 and beyond. Siberian will get 4 conscriptions and 4 requisitions regional decisions. Last, Allied material help will be greater .
So at start, Kolchak will enter the game with means to wage war with more efficiency.
Alas, the IDL will continue to climb, the corruption level may rise quickly, the Komuch and Bashkir units desert, etc.
So, after an preliminary phase, troubles may overcome this regime.
One of the solution is military victory as a high NM will lower the IDL.
The other ressorts to the use of several options, of the same brand than for the Directory, but in a less efficient way for social reforms and corruption.
Kolchak regime will need many EPs, and will lose some if the corruption and the IDL are high. Moreover, Kolchak, who suffered from rheumatoid arthritis, was sometimes unfit for work for long period. In game term, random events will reduce EPs.
As in the last version, Kolchak will be granted with the option to unify Whites under several conditions, the siberian Whites taking control of the Southern Whites units.
