This tool has become essential in a few hours. Debugging faster and easier than I ever dreamed of…

Misspellings are fortunately few. I will post updates of FY very soon. This update WILL BE COMPATIBLE with current games.

It would be stupid to not use this.

is now used by me to check files and fix errors in the data files.

Rather easy install process, in spite of the appearance ;-)

That’s a great tool, once you have decided to be not afraid by a little work :-) .

This post is IMHO right and the battle system needs IMHO to be altered, as indeed the same system can’t cover both Independance war, ACW and RCW. The best proof is this almost forgotten game named PON, it suffices to take a look at some reports in the official forums.

Now, it’s a long task, needing much study and input. I’ve begun this a few weeks ago, but considering I’ve spent 3 years to learn how the AI worked to improve it, I will not implement changes before a long time. For now, the lowering of cohesion values in FY has yet given some results to reduce the side effects.

This version doesn’t integrate all stuff I plan to add later, but the report of a CTD in the last version has fastened a new release.

Beware:

- this version isn’t compatible with ongoing games after November 18. CTD is assured as the new French faction will mess the save.

- this version fixes other bugs, mainly all those reported about Siberian options.

This version has been worked too to improve a bit Polish and Red AI for Ukraine. I’ve not tested it however. In a few words, I’ve integrated in Ukraine 2 areas ( Galicia, which is logical, and Kursk which is not :- )  ) to help both AI to be more concerned by Ukraine. maybe it will work, maybe not.
